About Us
We are a privately owned Group based in Leicester with easy access to major routes around Great Britain and have over 40 years of experience gained from working around the country dealing with, Fabrication, Powder Coating, Laser Cutting & Folding.
LPE Group was started with Lead Process Engineering Ltd back in 2008 as an engineering company that carried out Plant Maintenance mainly in the Food Industry but also in the Pharmaceuticals & aggregates industries.
LPE Fabrications & Installation Ltd was formed Feb 2013 to encompass mainly mild steel, Stainless Steel & Aluminium sub contract fabrication.
LPE Powder Coating Ltd was formed January 2014 as we expanded into the Powder Coating Industry.
In February 2021 we expanded into our new unit of 8,000 square feet, to be dedicated to Laser Cutting and Fabrication. This purpose built facility provides a one-stop-shop giving our customers a unique turnkey opportunity from concept through to completion.

Client base
Our client base ranges from small local companies through to large multi nationals. We pride ourselves on supplying a professional service, working within tight deadlines and also production time constraints.
Trained Staff
All Fabricators, Welders & CNC Machine operators are fully trained and multi skilled. When labour is supplied there will always be a continuity of service meaning the same personnel will see a project through from start to finish allowing a good working relationship to build up between ourselves and our customers. This also means that the same personnel will be back on return visits.
Safety
Safety is paramount to ourselves and we have the correct safety procedures in place to ensure all our work is carried out using safe working practices. We also have total materials traceability.
